Thi unit showed the diference between a successful class versus an unsuccessful class. The success of the class was largely based on the teachers attitude and preparation. In the first video, the teacher had very low energy and gave a lot of negative feedback. During the second video, the teacher was smiling, had more energy and gave a lot more positive feedback. He also used simpler language and gestures to engage the students.This section was rather intuitive. It is true that teachers have to take every possible consideration into account when setting up their classrooms, conducting lessons, and speaking to students. I feel like the majority of this will come naturally to some teachers, especially most of the best teachers. But having it written down with explanations for why these actions work the way that they do is a good reference for the future.
