The unit detailed on various ways both productive and receptive skills can be used in the business world.As teachers we must pay very close attention to our students. Making sure the weak students have plenty of chances to keep with the stronger students by putting them together to help each other out. This way the class will be a real team and create a good rapport. Having a safe environment where students can speak freely provides them with a place where they learn to their best abilities.
