This unit was instructive in lesson planning and the general idea of incorporating a wide range of skills. It also emphasizes the need for the teacher to be sensitive to the factors which impinge on the learning experience of individual students. As teachers we must be aware of our students needs. There are many techniques and methodology that can help us to be more effective in the classroom .This unit discussed about the importance of pronunciation, phonology,teaching techniques for stress,intonation,phonemic alphabet,symbols and exercises,manners of articulation,speech organs and biology,suggestions and resources for teaching ideas and materials to be applied and used for future lessons.I find this challenging but an enjoyable,interesting part and surely a vital part of this study.
