Past simple tense focuses on already performed activities or actions. Normally,the verb forms are changed. The irregular verb form tend to be very difficult for students so memorization strategy or drills will help students a lot. Past continuous and Past perfect continuous are clearly stated here. Students can talk about peoples past lives or events using these tenses.
