unit 7 basically reinforces what was brought in the previous few chapters - it gives guidelines and suggested activities that can be carried out during class while teaching grammar, vocabulary and new languages. it also reminds that when teaching - it should be done in stages eg engage stage, the study stage and also the activate stage, and that it is crucial to remember that certain activites are more conducive when done in certain stageWhat I've learned from this whole unit is how important a teacher's attitude and manner is with regards to the classroom environment and emotions of the students. Although both videos had the same teacher, his attitude, being different in both videos, greatly affected the students participation in both classes.
