It also makes a clear note that cassettes should be avoided.Lesson plan has been one of the challenges in teaching. Sometime it renders you helpless in a system that believes in strict adherence to the content of the lesson plan. I believe, as said here that it has to be flexible for dynamic teaching to take place.Personally, i dont think lesson plan is so important for record keeping because we have other records to document what is taught in the classroom.
