This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
The future tense is one of the tenses that requires deep and careful reading between the lines in order to really understand its usage. its complex in the sense that it does not only have the four types of future tenses(future simple, future perfect, future continuous and future perfect continuous)but also the present continuous, present future and the going to the future tense is applicable here.In this unit, I enjoyed learning about the different future tenses and the activities you can use to express their meaning and how students can understand them. It was good to know the different forms with examples for the teacher to build off of. Plus, the structures presented allow for easy explanation for students. Overall, I think this unit was very helpful in understanding the future tense.
