Unit 10 by far has been my favorite unit in the course. In this unit the student gets to watch two videos of a teacher giving a lesson, the student as to decipher which video was the correct way to have class versus the wrong. I thought this was very eye opening to see how class should be done properly and not incorrect. I also thought it was good for students to see what they will be doing and how your attitude effects the class.This unit describes some of the teaching themes that can aid with making a class more involved and interested by utilizing case studies, research assignments and situational role plays. Many traditional games can be adapted to suit different levels of knowledge as well as subject themes and their specific vocabularies. Sticking to a pre-set syllabus while engaging students with practical hands on activities seems like a great mix.
