This unit focuses on the difference between a bad teacher and a very effective teacher. It was also useful and interesting to see the ESA structure of a lesson being used very effectively in the second lesson and was inspiring to see the reaction it caused in the students and the progress they made.Creating a lesson plan with appropriate words and at an appropriate speed is very important. Students are also able to connect better with better with a lesson plan that is on a topic that the students are interested in. It is good to make the engage phase of a lesson involve a listening exercise. If a study phase involves listening, its good to have a quick lesson over vocabulary the students may have trouble with.
