In this unit. I learned five main type of conditional sentences. There are two parts to a conditional sentence, the consequence portion and the if clause. I also learned direct and report speech. Direct speech is speech directed to the person you are speaking to. Report speech is a recap of what a third person said and another person is repeating what that third person said.There are both advantages and disadvantages of using course books. Language is constantly evolving, and it can be difficult to use older course books. Using new material will engage the students in another level. They will feel more confident discussing topics of the day, like a news report, or a discussion about their interests. It can be a discussion about music or movies.
