I have learnt why I should plan a lesson and which advantages it has to be well prepared. Being organized as well as keeping it simple and flexible are crucial for a good curriculum that is well adapted to the students need. I have to structure the lesson and give it a good flow as all off those previous points will make class easier for me as a first time teacher and will most likely help to improve the quality of my lessons.I found the rules in this section of past tense a little more familiar and that I am starting to see the patterns. With more practice and games, writing stories, narratives etc, I feel that students would get these rules through practical and hands on experiential learning. I found it interesting that there was a table of past simple verbs and this was helpful. I think I would laminate a copy for students to assist them also.
