I learned several methods of teaching such as the classical method, audio-lingualism, the silent way, suggestopaedia, total physical response, and ESA. Every methods contain positive and negative points. In this unit, it is focused on ESA, Engage-Study-Activate. A teacher needs to apply different ESA lessons to prevent predictable lessons. For student language level and every phases of lesson, positive reaction is highly required.Unit 12 speaking and writing confirmed the importance of both for efficient communication. Students must learn both accuracy and fluency to be perceived as well educated. Writing accuracy will be a bit more challenging to teach students as most will prefer to work on speaking skills. As teachers, we must create the need to communicate using interesting material that will engage the whole classes attention and invoke participation.
