This unit shows you all the basic rules of English grammar. It takes every sentence apart and explains the purpose of every word in every sentence. For me it was difficult because I am not a native English speaker. The grammar I got taught in school is not the same as English grammar and to use the language in a not instinctive manner feels very different. So this unit taught me a lot and I expect to learn more after every unit.The first lesson with a new class is a strong opportunity for teachers to begin building rapport with learners and to gauge their needs and abilities in the English language. It is also important to begin building a class rapport for learners who have not yet studied together. As the lessons progress, it is imperative to continue tracking the English skills of learners in order to group learners most beneficially for activities.
