Unit 10 is a video lesson and contains two videos showing the same lesson taught in two different ways. One example shows the lesson being taught effectively, while the other shows the teacher making several basic errors. I have carefully watched the two videos and have learned about techniques that can be applied in the classroom to help the students, and to aid their understanding. For example, using gestures and miming will help the students produce more vocabulary. Having a positive and engaging attitude will make the students respond with a higher level of participation and it is also important for the teacher to build rapport with the students by learning their names and to involve all of the students in the lesson.
