The equipment used was well explained and the purpose of each. I have learned what will benefit my lesson and also how to utilize the teaching aid as best in a certain stage of the lesson. The resources given will help in my lessons. The list of equipment and teaching aids is extensive and i have learned that these aids can assist in keeping the students attention and spark their interest in certain topics.This unit went over the different aids available to an EFL teacher. Overhead projectors are easy to use, but require some preparation. Though in honesty all aids require preparation of some kind. The key is to work with what is available. Having a real-world example of spoken English in the form of a clip from YouTube or a DVD can help keep students interested while demonstrating proper use of the language.
