As a teacher,during teaching career,we would partially have to adapt ourselves into teching a special group of students whose requirments are unique or different from general learners in term of ages,purposes,and levels etc.This unit mainly focus on the analysis of several common types of special learners and give the teaching guidelines in each type so teachers could refer to.This unit discusses course books and lesson materials. I learned the advantages and disadvantages of authentic and created materials. It's important to keep the students' interests in mind in order for them to learn things more effectively. I myself alter the content of the given course book to fit the needs of my students and it's easy to see how much of a difference it makes.
