Before reading Unit 14, I had completely forgotten about all those materials that are important to follow a track on lessons. I also used to think that they are necessary to know what to do in the lessons. I can understand why base the whole lesson on them can be the worst idea a teacher can ever have. Plus, what I didn?t know, and found really interesting was that there was two kinds of texts, authentic and created materials.The final unit examples some difficult and sudden situations. When facing a bunch of new students, they can ususally be divided for two types. One is that all of them are new to each other. In this case, it is always recommended to use some break ice games in the first class and try to avoid using any exercise. If the level of students are different, stronger and weaker students can be paired up so they can help with each other.
