Personally, I am aware that there are things to consider in teaching new language, but I did not know there was a lot. Obviously, despite finishing this unit, I still need to constantly review this and keep it a reference for future use, especially in teaching English language. I am a bit anxious about the outcome of my teaching skills but I just have to keep this in mind and further apply it to achieve better results.With this unit I have learned that eye contact is everything within a classroom. If you can't make eye contact with students you can loose the respect of class and ability to keep discipline. When it comes to discipline you must always keep the school's code of discipline and never yell at students when unruly. Developing a rapport with students and knowing each person's name will go a long way in success of the class.
