From this unit I learnt that the attitude and energy level of teacher is a very important factor to keep students alert and engaged in the classroom. The attitude of students can be less satisfactory if a teacher is not willing to understand their students. Moreover, it is crucial to provide the right lesson structure for a particular group of students as it will help in level of students participation level.I enjoyed reading about the the two different groups. Authentic are real life which are more interesting and motivating where as created materials are more what a teacher would make for his or her class. Such as crosswords, word search puzzles, role play cards, flash cards, gap fill activities and picture stories. How to analyzing course books I found to be important as to what and how to choose course books.
