This unit is divided into two parts. The first part deals with conditionals while the second one is about reported speech. There are four types of conditionals (zero, first, second, third and mixed). As for the reported speech, you need to know the changes that take place when reporting –those changes may affect verb tenses, pronouns and time expressions. The unit is very well organized and I have benefited from it in two ways. First, it provides an excellent summary about two topics whose rules are a bit hard to remember sometimes. Second, the unit includes a description of typical students’ mistakes and a list of teaching ideas, which is very useful when planning your classes about conditionals and reported speech.
