This unit focused on how to approach English teaching for young learners, beginners, as well as those who require the language for business purposes. For young learners it's important to keep the environment fun, positive, and fresh. For older folks who are required by their company to learn English, it's important to understand their needs and goals so as to move at the correct pace.In this unit i learned about four basic skills in language which are receptive skills(reading and listening) productive skills(speaking and writing)all are equally important.i got a clear idea of how we can read and listen by predictive skills,scanning,skimming.i also learned about different examples for engage,active and study phase.i learned so many new things and ideas of teaching.
