I found this unit very helpful in highlighting key components of keeping a class together and on track. Without organization students learning can get confused rather quickly and this can make a class or lesson spiral out of control. The steps mentioned in organizing lessons as well as class flow, set up and progress monitoring very helpful and needed for success of the teacher and student.In this unit I have learned how I would have to work depending on how many students there are in a classroom and if they are new students or not. How to make them enjoy the classes and interact with the teacher and with the rest of the students if a group activity is required. If I have reluctant students I should now how to react and achieve my goal, which would be for my students to learn.
