This lesson gives ideas for the use of gestures, eye contact, using the voice, how to structure the furniture, ideas on how to prevent discipline problems as well as solve them and other classroom management issues. I learned to be aware of the classroom size, and nationality of the students as well as their ages when making decisions on how to manage the classroom.This unit gave me lots of tips to handle managing a class. I learned proper ways to organize a class room as well as how pair students well to keep discipline . Keeping a good rapport with the students is important to keep a class engaged and well managed. If I am not interesting or can't keep calm when the students are disruptive, then I can't keep a good rapport.
