This section made me think about the structure of my classes and time frames associated with the lesson itself. I will begin implementing lesson plans because it provides structure. I was previously \"winging\" it in class and this gave me guidance and structure to my own thought process. I believe that it will not only help me but ultimately help my students by providing a better lesson.It's important to make the lesson engaging for all levels of students. If some are ahead of the curve, give them harder activities to keep them engaged which you give the regular activities for the rest of the class or easier ones for those who are falling behind. Keep in mind that if students are reluctant to participate, it's better to help them along rather than force them to speak up.
