The way a teacher prepares for his/ her lesson is largely dependent on experience and intention/ vision for the lesson. It seems a good idea, for newbie teachers, to prepare a plan they can work through and stick to to keep the lesson organized. The way in which a teacher creates a lesson plan is individual, but adhering to the engage, study, activate scheme should prove efficient.This unit described different aspects of classroom management including class arrangement, teacher positioning, language use, group work methods, and more. It described the usefulness of teacher talk time and different ideas behind misbehavior in the classroom. Through this unit I was able to learn more about the distinctions of classroom arrangements and the benefits of each type.
