Communication is the essence in teaching, regardless which group is your students belong to. Effective teaching is always a dialogue, not a monologue. Thus, we, as teachers, have to reduce teacher talking time whenever possible.
Grouping students is not to determine teacher's teaching attitude, but to ensure the lesson is delivered smoothly. We just have to teach from heart and all we need is passion. The passion has to be genuine as we are designated expert whose role is to impart our knowledge to students who are empty vessels.
Whenever we cannot keep the delivery of knowledge simple, try to keep it clear and ensure that it is understandable to them. Students will be more likely to grasp what we are trying to express.
