Unit 5 is an interesting topic like unit 3. It talks about how to effectively manage a class. It tells about different factors such as students' behavior, class size, teacher's techniques on class management, class seating arrangement, and etc. All of these will definitely help a teacher to become more effective. Like on what body language or gestures a teacher can use to motivate the students to listen, participate, and learn. Rapport building with the students could be hard if a teacher doesn't know them. A teacher should also gain the students' trust and be consistent on providing effective teaching. A teacher should portray an individual that the students' can be friendly with in a controlled manner while maintaining respect.
