Unit5 includes lots information about the idea of classroom management such as eye contact, students' name using, group activity and pair work. Also I understood better about when should I use whole class grouping and when is better for individual or pair work. During in-classroom teaching, it is better to pay attention about vary situations when should be more TTT, when should be more STT. Also to deal with the disrespected problem behavior of students, as an experienced teacher would try his/her best to solve the problems and if the problems still arises, the teacher might keep the problem student after class and talk individually. Anyway teachers should always calm down and never threat out something that he/she cannot enforce.
