This unit has developed my understanding of how to manage a classroom, including, the seating arrangement, type of working and discipline. I have understood how to deal with difficult students and the methods that are proven to work. In addition, I now know when it is appropriate for the teacher to be sitting, standing or walking around the class to observe progress.In this unit i gather the knowledge of how to create a lesson structure of giving a class. I was taught The importance of the engage stage to get the students interests then a study exercise where the students practice the target language. Followed up by an activate stage where the students have a free practice to practice the target language without any control.
