This unit was very useful for me as it has already been a long time since I have studied any grammar. It was a good thing to revise the basics. When it comes to grammar, students often feel a lot more confident when the teacher is able to give accurate explanations. I also learnt new things such as the difference of transitive and intransitive verbs. Additionally I learnt new things about the grammatical terms.From this unit, I leaned lots of methods about how to manage classes. Every activities have good side and bad side. We should choose suitable methods to teach students. As a teacher, we need to avoid shouting to students because it does not help teacher maintaining classroom have a good discipline. Eye contact, TTT and STT are also the important way to help students learning and help teacher control the class.
