Conditionals were studied in this unit. I learned about the various forms of conditionals in speech. Conditionals are closely tied to the tenses. This unit also covered reporting speech. I learned that reporting speech can be tricky for new students. This is due to the subtleties in how tense changes in the English language. It will take practice for students to learn.It was a good example of what should be done and what should not. The first video was hard to watch and felt longer than second one even though it was not. Some of the qualities that make the second type of teacher effective are being happy, engaging whole class to the lesson, being prepared, to leave students to themselves when it is needed, encouraging language...etc
