In this 8th unit we remember that there are combinations in wich we use the tenses structures depending on what you want to say. We learn wich are more commonly used and where the mistakes are usually made so that we can better instruct our students. The unit detailed how auxiliary verbs can help us identify the tense structure used in a sentence and the differences in meaning when changing them.THis unit was about reported speech, and conditional statements. I found this unit helpful, but also difficult. In my experience there are many more conditions and it seems futile to focus on 5 specific conditionals and ignore others. However the unit has been helpful and I can imagine that teaching it helps up some of the verb tenses into context for someone with little to no English experience.
