Interesting unit about listening and reading so called receptive skills. What was useful in particular was examples of how these activities could be incorporated into the different stages of the lesson.
Another thing that I will be paying more attention to from now on is the choice of topics. I would usually go with something that was interesting for me. It seems that I have forgotten a little bit what I was doing.
Thank you.This unit gave me the opportunity to learn about basic principles and drawbacks of teaching approaches and methods. I have learnt that every method has its positive elements as well as minuses and that is the reason why combination of different methods should be used in teaching/learning process. A decision which method to use depends on the teacher's personality, lesson content, cultural environment, students' background etc.
