This unit felt like a bit of a hodgepodge with leftover topics thrown in, without a clear unifying message or concept behind it. Nonetheless, it provided some useful information, like the ideas for where to find authentic materials, and suggestions for how to adapt games to practice language points. The example of lesson plans was getting very repetitive at this point.From this lesson, I gained more information about the method of teaching from planning a lesson, starting a class until the end of a lesson. Each stage can influence level of information the student gains. Moreover, the activities suggested in this unit is very helpful for engaging students with one another and with the teachers. Their concentration level may increase.
