This was an interesting unit. I did not know there was some many different types of tests and examinations to identify ones level of english fluency. I also was intrigued by the variety of certificates through Cambridge that can be obtained. Testing was always a stressor for myself, I am excited to see how I as a future teacher can help reduce stress and boost confidence in student testing strategy and ability.The issues between the books and material depends on our students and their leavels. Of course, the world schools have all the books and materials that we need but comparing to the materials created by the teacher are more interesting of course.in this unit, i recognize the use of authenic materials. They seem more real , interesting and motivating for students. they also gain confidence and more understanding.
