The unit gives a general overview of the issue concerning lesson materials and course book selection. It goes without saying that tackling this problem teachers should be picky and choosy in order to find out the most efficient way of conducting their lessons. Altough course books have various benefits the value of some authentic resousres and created materials should not underestimated.I have learned the differing stages of teaching methodology and how each phase can be used in varying order by following the different lesson strategies (straight arrow, boomerang and patchwork) to plan successful lessons. I have also gathered the importance of feedback for both the student to improve their learning experience and the teacher to enhance their teaching for future lessons.
