I suppose that it?s very important how students are divided into groups, how they interact with each other, and how I can help them to achieve the best results. There are more effective and less effective methods of building relationship with students in the classroom and my task is to find the universal method, because some students are cheerful, some are shy. A good teacher can involve all of them in the activities.This unit was all about classroom management. I already have a Master's Degree in Education, so there really wasn't anything new for me in this unit. I simply read - skimmed might be a better word - and took the quiz. There were a couple of questions that I'm not sure if I got right, but as someone with teaching experience, I know that there a million different ways that a million different teachers accomplish goals.
