Through demonstration videos where the same lesson was taught in two different ways.It helped me to identify number of mistakes that a teacher should avoid during the lesson for example, a teachers attitude, voice tone , miming, gestures, engage, study and active phase. From the lesson two i have learned how can a teacher effectively plan a lesson stage by stage and create a good rapport between the teacher and studentsUnit 7 covered the essential aspects of teaching new language to ESL learners. The various types of knowledge that are taught, including grammar, language functions and vocabulary, were explained in detail. The example exercises that best demonstrate these aspects of new language teaching are very helpful. I feel better prepared to expand my students' vocabularies and command if English after having completed this unit.
