This unit explained all the different ways that you can evaluate students and many of the tests available revolving around the English language. I learned the names of the variety of tests teachers use and when it is appropriate to use them. It is convenient knowing what external examinations are the most recognized and the certifications given by Cambridge assessment so I can better steer the students in reaching their particular goals.I really enjoyed this lesson. It really shows us how to use technology, both new and old, in class rooms. I will definitely read this lesson again while teaching English. I didn't know that OHP were still being used, and that there are certain advantages to them. Also, I found it interesting that cassette tapes were included in this lesson. It really proves that this TEFL and TESOL training gives us the enough knowledge to teach English.
