Again, it?s helpful to have this review in English. I speak English as a first language, so it feels natural to me to use different forms of present tense depending on context, but obviously EFL students may need to learn it more explicitly. It was also interesting to see the common errors that EFL students make - how similar are the errors across those with different first languages? That would be interesting to know.As i said in past units as native English speakers once we get out of school we often dont think about the why of how we speak. WE become so accustom to language that we forget the rules behind why we say things and when to say them we simply do. This unit is a great refresher course for basic present tenses. By reviewing this material it helps you remember the basic rules and therefor relay those rules to your students.
