This unit discusses the benefits and drawbacks regarding the use of course books. It describes the positives and negatives, and methods a teacher can use to utilize and improve lessons with course books. It gives examples of different types of supplemental materials and games to use in addition to course books. I learned the difference between created and authentic materials.Unit 6 has taught me regular vs irregular verbs and how to use them in different sentences. I've also gained knowledge on past continuous, past perfect, past perfect continuous tenses. This lesson was clear to me because it gave examples of affirmative, negative, and question sentence structures. The worksheet in the back of the unit help clarify some misunderstanding I had.
