This unit introduces the instructor on different ways to evaluate the level and progress of the English student as well as the student evaluating the effectiveness of the course itself. The lesson also provides the instructor with many different forms of tests to evaluate the progress of the student as well as external test that will increase the students confidence as a new language leaner.This unit provided a demonstration of how to conduct an ESA class effectively by providing comparative videos of an effective class and an ineffective class. Different class management skills were also demonstrated by the teacher to showcase which ones are effective compared to those that aren?t. The videos also showed that teacher?s attitude has an effect on the learning of the student.
