This unit has covered the variety of different english learners that you will be teaching. They range from true beginners to more specific learners eg. business english. The difference in language level, age, lifestyle and nationality can have a huge impact on the way and speed that people learn english and these differences must be accounted for while teaching in order for the students to successfully learnThis was an interesting lesson and difficult to apply although very helpful. The sounds, intonation, articulation and proper stress are definitely very important if students like to be heard as native speakers. A lot of effort is required on the teacher's side, first to understand and then to teach pronunciation and phonology. I really like to apply myself to teach more this important aspect of the language.
