A good resource unit with plenty of information on the topic. I don?t know whether it?s a fact but I?ve always believed that it takes a special kind of person to teach children (younger than, say, 12). In addition to delivering fun-filled and entertaining classes, such teachers surely need abundant patience, a quality I don?t have. I believe I would be best suited to teaching adults.I have learnt speaking and writing is equally important though one deals with accuracy and the other deals with fluency. However, some students will pay more attention to speaking for sole purpose of having conversations. Writing can be more challenging than speaking. As a future teacher I must find way to implement both so that students will find interest in learning both productive skills.
