This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit 13 was about phonics, pronunciation, stress and so. The hardest lesson so far, the only thing i knew here was the transcription system regarded as \"phonemic alphabet\" in the unit. Teaching all this things takes a lot of effort, but building a nice accent-less pronunciation is very essential. And it's a really hard work not only for the students but for the teacher too. This is by far the most complicated unit so far. It seems so simple and logical to us native speakers but to be able to explain it and teach prononciation to students is very important. I have learnt that it's a tough subject but needs to addressed in order for the students to learn English properly and feel confident when they communicate with others in the English language.
