From this unit I learned the different kinds of test and its purpose. There are tests that are given at the start of the commencement while some a given during the learning period to constantly monitor every students progress. Some tests are given at the end of each term to identify what are the areas on which the student has retained. There are also several kinds of external exams which vaties on the needs of every country or institutions.In this particular unit, I had the opportunity to absorb information regarding various strategies to properly organize and manage a classroom. I learned the different forms of seating arrangements, different way to deal with behaviors, and to establishing a healthy working relationship with the students.
