Unit 7 is very informative and reinforces many of the topics covered in detail in previous units. I like the way it brings everything together and breaks down the importance of each stage of teaching a new language. Starting with the introduction of vocabulary, through grammatical structures and teaching functions to actual lesson planning this has been a valuable learning experience for me.The materials and the video of this unit is a very good summary of the conditionals and reported speech. The tasks made me research more on the teaching ideas and I found activities for practising different conditionals and reported speach and also tests for the study phase. I understood that this can be taught only just step by step leaving enough time for the student to use them correctly.
