This unit was really helpful as it provided teachers with the different teaching styles to adopt when working with different groups of students. I greatly enjoyed the detailed description of the different groups, especially between young learners and business English. All in all, this unit allowed me to understand how to effectively engage students in a classroom setting.This business unit goes into deals of where teachers will work and how they should go about selecting a country, city and school (location). It also teaches what to expect from various countries with regards to respect for the student and the teacher. Finally, it deals with dress codes and customs. The unit addresses resumes, interviewing and followup calls and emails.
