Very exciting unit in terms of developing ideas for classroom activities. That is not to say I see these ideas or coursebooks in general as a crutch on which to lean on, but rather a tool that can be used to help build a more effective lesson. The websites listed look like they will be very helpful as well to generating my own material should I find exercises like this would be pertinent at another point.This lesson clearly showed the difference between teaching beginners of a young age and business people. Both are very interesting, yet different. The Business students would be tired but motivated to learn and working one or one or in a group could be very beneficial to them. The young child on the other hand would have a short attention span but be willing to sing and play games making the lessons fun.
