This unit had its challenges for me, especially with the phrasal verbs separated into the three basic parts. However, because I struggled with it I can know you to relate to students who struggle with it as well. Passive verb also has its challenges with me, but I'm glad we are going over all these things to review and learn how to teach it so others can understand.This unit contains information about basic English grammar. For a native speaker, it's difficult to explain why we follow certain grammar rules because we have gotten used to speaking a certain way. When teaching grammar to non-native speakers, it is important to know at least a general understanding of each grammar topic so that you don't loose your students trust.
